I’m looking to sublet my apartment for about three months (timing is flexible) and I prefer a female subtenant. The apartment is located about a 5-minute walk from the HTW, making it perfectly suited for students. It is fully equipped, modern, and very cozy. It comes completely furnished, including a washing machine and internet. The space features a loft bed, a sofa, a table with seating, a bathroom with a shower, and a small open kitchen. The kitchenette is stocked with all essential cooking utensils. All clothing and other personal items will be removed prior to rental.
